“If a child lives with security he  learns to have faith”

New Journey believes in treatment for the entire person offering mental health services, behavioral addiction counseling, spiritual counseling, domestic violence counseling, anger management skill building and alcohol and drug use/abuse recovery courses with 24 hour staff support in the recovery process. New Journey employs professional staff with education and experience in the addictions including a full time  forensic counselor. We work with clients to prevent a common problem in the recovery process of trading one addiction for another. One of our goals is to educate the user to the facts about chemical dependency and the changes needed to live a drug/alcohol free lifestyle.  New Jounrey utilizes the Cognitive Behavioral Approach in combination with the Motivational Approach for life long sobriety of addictions and barrier behaviors.

The Grace Homes /New Journey three D’s stand for “Decisions Determine my Destiny”. We fully believe that the prognosis for lasting sobriety is that he is willing to learn new ideas and concepts and apply them to his life and change his reactions to life, patterns of his behavior and thinking habits.
