I am an adoptive father of a very bright, but troubled 9 year old boy living in Visalia. I know that your home/Journey Boys programs are for ages 12 and up, but I am wondering if you have any suggestions or resources that offer CBT in the Visalia area for younger boys. Ideally we would like to have our son in an after school setting that practices CBT. Not sure if such an entitiy exists in Tulare County so that is why I am asking if you know of a place.

I am not sure of any programs in the area but Pat Hurt LCSW and her office are great therapists that we use in our program. her number is 622-0620.
